As we are a family run business, we work very hard to process orders within 1-3 business days from purchase. During busy sale periods, our handling time may be extended to 5 business days. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please Note - To bring you best prices & contribute to eco-friendly practices, orders may be fulfilled from our Australia, China or USA warehouses. As we stock with numerous warehouses you may receive your order in separate packages.

For International Orders. Little Bo Peep will not be held responsible for any import duty or customs fees charge by each particular country. Please note delivery times are set by the courier. Little Bo Peep will not be held responsible for delays by the courier or customs for international orders.
LOST PARCELS
We cannot deem a parcel lost unless its been 60 business days from dispatch date or if the courier has declared it lost. Please contact us for options on what can be done if this has happened to your parcel. A refund will not be given prior to 60 business days.
